About these terms
These terms govern your use of wodever.store and purchases made from WODever™. WODever is operated by HIVE INTERIORS (PTY) LTD, registration number 2024/595994/07. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to you under applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
Products and information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredients, serving information, packaging and availability accurately. Product packaging may change and the label supplied with the product takes precedence. Images are illustrative and colours may vary between screens.
WODever products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Follow the product label and do not exceed the recommended serving. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical supervision, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you.
Orders and pricing
An order is an offer to purchase. It becomes binding when we accept it and send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information or pricing is incorrect, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected, or delivery cannot reasonably be completed. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, we will refund it.
Prices are shown in South African rand and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and the final order total will be displayed before payment. Promotions are subject to their stated period and availability.
Payment
Online payments are processed by PayFast or another payment provider identified at checkout. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by WODever. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. An order will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Delivery Policy. Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.
Subscriptions
Where a recurring subscription is offered, its price, frequency and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. You authorise recurring charges until cancellation. Instructions and any applicable cut-off date for changing or cancelling a future order will be presented with the subscription. This clause applies only once recurring subscriptions are enabled on the website.
Website use and intellectual property
You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale, or use it fraudulently.
WODever™, its logos, website content, packaging designs, text and graphics are owned by or licensed to HIVE INTERIORS (PTY) LTD. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.
Privacy and communications
We process personal information to fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Marketing communications will only be sent where permitted, and you may opt out. We take reasonable measures to protect personal information in accordance with applicable South African data-protection law.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. We remain responsible where liability cannot legally be excluded, including for defective goods and gross negligence. Products must be stored and used according to their labels.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@wodever.store so we can try to resolve the matter promptly.
